To qualify, you must reside within one of the regions listed in this application and provide proof of residency.



Lifetime Membership When a member makes a one-time non-refundable $200 payment to the Foundation, they are granted a lifetime membership, which gives them all membership rights, including the ability to vote. Lifetime membership applies until the member passes away.
